Why not? It's perfect! It's immaculate! It's made by hand, on pure HTML+CSS! (I hope one of those will explain the quality of design here)

Why site's so weird?

Irony is when you say, what you don't mean. Meta-irony is when you say, what you pretend to not mean. Post-irony is when you say fuck it and do, what you don't mean to do. The motivation is the same, whether you make a public page, which posts same pic of an anime girl saying "Saturday.
